The Ansee 150W 14V Car Power Inverter for Tesla with USB charging ports has a decent build quality and is a product that I am very happy with. It was tested to work well with 12V batteries, as per its specification of 14V +/- 2V. The inverter is encased in plastic and is lightweight, making it very portable. The cup and 12V power plug are designed to fit any cars, not just Tesla, which adds to its versatility. When the inverter is off, it draws a static current of 10mA. When the inverter is on with no load, it draws a current of 150mA. The power switch is for the inverter only, meaning there’s no need to turn on the power for the USB ports. The USB ports delivered 2.4A without any problems. During brief tests of a few minutes, charging my laptops one by one (45W and 65W), the fan was quiet and the unit didn’t get warm at all. Both laptops were indeed charging at normal speed. However, the inverter did not power my 110V 70W LED light. I’m not sure why this was the case. Despite this, for under $50, this product is an amazing deal. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
