The charger I received with my new Kindle File 10 didn't work. It would take five hours for it to charge 50% and I thought the issue was my tablet since the amazon charger I got for it didn't charge well and neither did any other charger I trie. Charging my tablet over 24 hours to get a charge was annoying. I ordered this charger as a last-ditch effort to get the tablet to actually work. To my surprise, it not only charged it but it charged it quickly.
